History of the hotel

Our story began back in 1967, when my parents Giovanni and Adriana decided to build a small Locanda to accommodate vacationers from the Riviera Romagnola.

Thus was born the “ Locanda Cesari ”, with only 7 rooms for guests.
A small, friendly and family environment.

During the summer, dad Giovanni divided his time between helping his mother in the kitchen and working as a beach photographer. This is how Locanda Cesari grew, with the construction of a second floor and our family expanding with my arrival, Adriano, followed by my brother Luca, and later my sister Giovanna.

We all work together to organize, cook, and welcome the guests who choose our hotel, which has developed over the years together with you.

The rooms, as well as the restaurant hall and veranda, have been improved and equipped with air conditioning.

Over the years, we have been fortunate to meet many people from different places who have given us their friendship and sympathy!!

In the 1990s, our family expanded with the arrival of my wife Barbara and later our children, Matteo and Maria.

The small Locanda Cesari has transformed over time, with various comforts and attentions that we wish to dedicate to you.

For some years now, we have taken over the management together with my wife Barbara and our children. We carry on the project started by my parents; we have added new features and refinements to improve, and we want you to discover our hospitality along with the pleasures of Romagna cuisine, for your relaxing seaside holidays!!.
